Pader- A baker is know as 'Pader' in Goa
                   

                                     

Bol- It was Sweet bread used to in marriages and Christmas parties. without bread meaningless marriages Christmas and any festivals.

                                        

Kabai- The Bakers are used to prefer different dress known kabai. It was a single-piece long frock reaching down to the knees
                                                      

     

it was more spacial think that to different way to sellout bread 

 The baker used to come twice a day. first he used to come morning to sellout with jingling bamboo with jhang jhang sound to be excited to woke-up  us and we used to be excited to meet him and greet him. and didn't aware to do brush and be fresh due to some excitement. 

The loaves were bought by  some paskine or bastine, the maid-servant of the house! and The baker made his musical entry with' jhang jhang' sound of his specially made bamboo staff. with one hand carried the basket on his head and other banged  the bamboo on the ground

it was more spacial second think that 'bol' as a gift in marriages

Bol bread used to as a gifts in marriages and on Christmas. it was so famous on any festival it was admitted that any marriages and festival meaningless without bread. so bread is mark of happiness in Goa.

    
The baker used to come to collected his bills at the end of the month.

he came end of the month to collect the bills and accounts used to be recorded on the wall by pencil.

 this baking business was too profitable.

this baking business was very profitable and his family never starved his family always looked happy and looked healthy wealthy.
